What is Friends of the Forest?

The Friends of the Forest program is a special discount program designed for students, NHS workers, emergency service workers and users aged 60+. As a member, you'll enjoy a 20% discount on all your rides with us, making your daily commutes or errands a little easier and more sustainable.
To apply for Friends of the Forest, follow these steps:
- Open the HumanForest app and navigate to the "Free Minutes" section.
- Click on the Friends of the Forest option.
- Upload a photo of your qualifying ID (student ID, NHS ID, Blue Light Card, or ID showing you are aged 60+) as well as a selfie holding the same qualifying ID next to your face.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, confirming your enrolment and granting you the 20% discount on all your rides.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- The 20% discount is valid until the expiry date of your uploaded ID or for 6 months from the approval of your application.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, as per our Terms of Service, to participate in Friends of the Forest.
- Student IDs must have an expiry date for validation.
- The 20% discount does not apply to unlock fees or penalty fines and does not apply to bundle purchases or any discounted eBikes.
